I do not spell نوروز in one uniform way in English. For some reason, Bahá'ís insist on transliterating it as Naw-Rúz. If I'm specifically referring to a Bahá'í celebration, that's how I'll spell it. Otherwise, I can't find an ﺍ in there so I'll opt for any standard-ish spelling of و as fair game. If I am quoting a source, I will use their spelling, as in this post.
